1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to Seedance (seeda.app), an AI-powered photo to video generation platform. These Terms of Service also govern Seeda Postiz, the social publishing integration feature that lets creators connect their own social media accounts and publish or upload creator-selected content from Seedance workflows. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Seedance provides an AI-powered platform for converting photos to videos and generating AI video content. Our services include but are not limited to:

Photo to video conversion using advanced AI models
Text-to-video generation from text prompts
Video-to-video transformation with motion control
Multiple aspect ratio and resolution options (up to 4K)
AI motion control, camera style, and cinematic effects
Credit-based usage system with subscription plans
Seeda Postiz social publishing integrations, where available, for connecting creator-owned social accounts, uploading drafts, scheduling posts, and publishing creator-selected media after explicit user action

3. Account Registration

Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use Seedance. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You may register using email or third-party authentication (Google).
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Credits, Pricing, and Payments

Credit System: Video generation consumes credits based on the mode (text-to-video, image-to-video, video-to-video), duration, and resolution selected.
Subscriptions: We offer monthly and annual subscription plans with varying credit allocations and daily generation limits. Plan details and pricing are available on our Pricing page.
Credit Packs: One-time credit purchases are available for users who prefer pay-as-you-go.
Billing: Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. By purchasing a plan or credits, you authorize recurring charges as applicable.
Refund Policy: You may request a refund within 10 days of purchase, subject to the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy. Unused credits do not carry over after subscription cancellation unless otherwise stated.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Generate, upload, request, or transform pornographic, sexually explicit, or erotic content, including nudity intended for sexual gratification
Generate videos that contain illegal content, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that violates applicable laws
Use the service to create deceptive deepfakes or misleading content intended to cause harm
Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or replicate the underlying AI models
Circumvent usage limits, credit systems, or security measures
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the service without authorization
Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to Seedance without written permission
Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
Use Seeda Postiz to spam, mislead, impersonate others, evade platform rules, or publish content that violates the terms, community guidelines, developer policies, or API policies of any connected social platform
Connect social media accounts that you do not own or are not authorized to manage
Use automated or bulk publishing workflows in a way that violates a connected platform's rate limits, anti-spam policies, or developer terms

These restrictions apply to prompts, uploaded source materials, and generated outputs.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Seeda Postiz is a creator-facing publishing feature for users who want to publish their own original content to social platforms they authorize.

User authorization: You must explicitly connect each social account before Seeda Postiz can access or publish to that account.
User control: Seeda Postiz only uploads, schedules, or publishes content that you select and submit through the service.
TikTok: If you connect TikTok, Seeda Postiz may use TikTok Login Kit and the TikTok Content Posting API to show your connected TikTok identity, upload selected videos as drafts, or directly publish selected videos to your authorized TikTok profile when the feature is approved and available.
Platform rules: You are responsible for ensuring that your posts, captions, media, hashtags, claims, disclosures, and commercial usage comply with each connected platform's rules and applicable laws.
Disconnection: You may disconnect a social account in Seeda Postiz or revoke access from the relevant platform's account settings. Revoking access may stop scheduled or future posts from being published.
Posting results: We do not guarantee that a connected platform will accept, publish, keep online, recommend, or preserve any post. Platforms may reject, remove, limit, or require additional review of content under their own policies.

7. Intellectual Property

Platform: The Seedance platform, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by Seedance and protected by intellectual property laws.
Generated Content: Videos you generate using Seedance are yours to use, subject to the following:
- You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated videos complies with applicable laws
- Seedance does not claim ownership of your generated videos
- We may retain generated videos temporarily for service delivery and debugging purposes
User Content: You retain ownership of any prompts, photos, reference videos, or other content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Seedance a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the service.
Social Publishing Content: By submitting content through Seeda Postiz, you grant Seedance a limited license to process, store, transmit, upload, schedule, and publish that content to the social platforms you authorize.

8. AI Model Disclaimer

Seedance integrates multiple third-party AI models for video generation. Output quality may vary across models.
AI-generated videos may occasionally contain artifacts, inaccuracies, or unintended content. We do not guarantee that all outputs will meet your expectations.
We continuously work to improve output quality but make no warranties regarding specific results.

9. Privacy

Your use of Seedance is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time, with or without notice.
Social publishing features may depend on third-party platform APIs, account status, app review status, access tokens, rate limits, and platform availability. We may disable or limit integrations when required by platform policies or technical constraints.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seedance disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seedance and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Seedance in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seedance, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

Your use of the service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights
Content you generate or submit through the service
Content you upload, schedule, or publish through Seeda Postiz
Your violation of a connected social platform's terms, community guidelines, API policies, or developer policies

14. Termination

You may delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Unused credits are forfeited unless otherwise required by law.
We may disconnect or disable social publishing integrations if required by platform policies, app review decisions, token expiration, abuse prevention, or security concerns.
